BubbleTech: hiCenter adds 4 new projects

hiCenter, the Haifa Business Accelerator, invests NIS 8M in 4 new protfolio companies. hiCenter CEO, Yael Mittelman, said, “The center welcomes technology-based projects in all areas. It operates several channels to recruit and develop projects specifically from the software, electronics, medical equipment and clean-tech industries. There is a significant budget dedicated to this purpose.”

hiCenter, the Haifa Business Accelerator, invests NIS 8M, following approval of the Chief Scientist’s Office. hiCenter CEO, Yael Mittelman, said, “We predict that the number of hiCenter portfolio companies will increase throughout the year, from the projects that are already in the center’s data base through those in the various stages of entry and approval.”

Yediot Haifa: Science Minister visits hiCenter

Prof. Daniel Hershkowitz, the Minister of Science and Technology, visited hiCenter, the Haifa Business Accelerator, and met with the Mayor of Haifa and the CEO of the center. During his visit, it was confirmed that 13 projects totaling NIS 26M have been approved by the center's Investment Committee.
Globes: NIS 6M invested in 3 hiCenter projects

3 new hiCenter (Haifa Business Accelerator) projects, received grants of NIS 6M . In parallel, the center's Investment Committee intends to submit a request for CSO approval for an additional 4 projects, requesting a total of NIS 8M. Prior to the investment, there were 3 active companies in the center, which began operations a year ago.

...and its pockets! 3 hiCenter (Haifa Business Accelerator) projects have received Chief Scientist's approval and have begun operations, in an overall financing of NIS 4M. In addition, the center has submitted 5 more new projects to the CSO that have already been approved by its Investment Committee.
